2026 City of Washougal Community Survey
Your input on the following survey is extremely important. The City of Washougal is conducting a survey of residents to gather information about city priorities and the quality of city programs and services. The survey, conducted every two years, will provide us with valuable feedback as we work to serve the community and implement our 2023-2028 strategic plan. To assist us in aligning the city's priorities with the needs of our residents, we need to hear from you.

The time you invest in this survey will influence decisions we must make regarding the future of our city. We have again selected ETC Institute as our partner for this project because of its outstanding record of performance in working with communities nationwide. ETC will compile the results and present a report to the city in early May. The report will be a valuable resource as we work to provide you with the most responsive government possible.
